If a template doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it, you get your money back.

When we refund

• The template doesn’t work as described on its product page, and we can’t fix it within a reasonable time
• You were charged twice or charged by mistake

When we usually don’t

Because templates are instant downloads that can’t be returned, we don’t usually refund a change of mind after download. If you’re unsure, open the live demo or email us before you buy.

How to ask

Email knadigitalstudio@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and what went wrong. Refunds go back to your original payment method through our checkout provider.

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
